The photography of candies and plants organized by color by Emily Blincoe

Emily Blincoe is an american photographer who loves to work with colors and natural light in her photography series. Here I selected two series from the artist. These series were created by organizing groups of elements by color in well organized design, just as if they were set up by someone with OCD (Obsessive–compulsive disorder), what brings me fond memories of TV show Monk.

In Sugar series, Blincoe gathered several sweets and candies, shooting them in colored background. It's really amazing the variety of candies, lollipops, chocolates and other sugar-based junk food with so many colors and colored packages. In Garden series, the artist applied the same method, but with flowers, petals and leaves from a wide range of plants.
